Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate clear communication with patients regarding treatment options, addressing inquiries and concerns with empathy.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to develop tailored treatment plans that align with patient goals.
  • Manage appointment scheduling for treatments and consultations, considering both patient availability and clinic operations.
  • Assist patients in understanding their insurance coverage and financial responsibilities, offering accurate cost estimates and payment solutions.
  • Maintain organized and precise patient records, treatment plans, and correspondence to ensure effective communication.
  • Work in conjunction with administrative staff to promote a seamless patient flow and an orderly office environment.
  • Stay informed about dental procedures, treatments, and insurance policies to provide reliable information to patients.
  • Address any patient concerns that arise during the treatment process, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Willingness to travel to various office locations as required.

As a vital member of our team, you will also assist in coordinating additional office responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with patients and team members.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities to convey complex treatment information clearly.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in dental software and basic computer applications.
  • Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes.
  • Empathetic, patient-centered approach to service.
  • A high school diploma is required.
