Maintenance Reliability Director

A dynamic and forward-thinking individual is sought to lead the maintenance team at SmithFoods Orrville Inc. as a Maintenance Reliability Director. This role involves overseeing plant maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with safety, food safety quality, and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in production/maintenance supervision or equivalent experience in related industry. Strong organizational and influential leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to problem solve and troubleshoot technical problems.
This full-time salary-exempt position offers an estimated $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. A varied schedule may be required, including occasional overtime, holidays, and weekends.
