Pacific Companies, Inc. is seeking an Oncology Physician for a unique ownership opportunity in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
Company OverviewOur client is a multidisciplinary cancer center with a comprehensive range of diagnostic services, treatment plans, and clinical research trials. The center boasts state-of-the-art facilities, including a Cyberknife Robotic Radiosurgery System and a Tru Beam Linear Accelerator.
The practice offers a diverse range of clinical trials, from stage 1 to 3, providing physicians with opportunities to diversify their practice and stay at the forefront of medical advancements.
Salary and BenefitsWe are offering a competitive employed salary with a guaranteed income and productivity bonus. Additionally, our package includes full health benefits, relocation assistance, vacation time, CME allowance, 401(k) matching after one year, and malpractice insurance.
Job DescriptionAs an Oncology Physician with Pacific Companies, Inc., you will have the autonomy to manage your schedule and work environment. You will be part of a close-knit team of dedicated professionals, including RNs, NPs, MAs, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, schedulers, office managers, receptionists, and financial counselors.
You will have the opportunity to establish yourself as a leader in the field, developing personalized treatment plans and working closely with patients to achieve optimal outcomes.
With a patient-centric approach, you will build strong relationships with your community, delivering exceptional care and support throughout the treatment journey.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you must be a board-certified or eligible oncologist with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
A proven track record of success in a similar setting, combined with a willingness to adapt to our team's values and culture, is essential for this position.
