Role Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Construction Project Manager to join our team, where you will assist in managing projects that are shaping the future of healthcare and life sciences. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing all phases of construction projects, including planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and specialized subcontractors to manage technical aspects of the build, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
  • Support in monitoring compliance with strict safety and regulatory requirements, especially those related to healthcare construction and lab environments.
  • Aid in the coordination of materials procurement, ensuring the integration of advanced building systems and technologies, such as cleanrooms, HVAC for laboratory environments, and specialized plumbing systems.
  • Work closely with senior project managers to ensure alignment with client specifications, troubleshooting issues as they arise and proposing solutions.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, track progress, and support in conducting inspections and preparing for project close-out.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in construction management, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or technical building environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of construction management software such as Procore, BIM, or Bluebeam.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare or laboratory construction standards and regulations is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work in high-pressure environments.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
