Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our dialysis team. As a Nurse Practitioner in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with our interdisciplinary team, and promoting positive patient outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or Nurse Practitioner program
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or in a related field
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner in the State of Minnesota
  • Current certification in Nephrology preferred
