Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Cashier/Stocker to join our team at Michaels Stores. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a well-organized store environment, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast and friendly customer service, helping customers find products and resolving any issues they may have.
  • Assist with merchandise duties, including stocking shelves, processing shipments, and maintaining store recovery standards.
  • Support the sales process by engaging customers, promoting products, and completing sales transactions.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and inviting shopping environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move throughout the store.
