Plumbing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Technician to join our team at AttaBoy Plumbing. As a rapidly expanding company, we're in search of a high-energy, expert plumber who will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment used for water distribution and waste disposal in residential, commercial buildings.

• Strong understanding of water distribution and waste water disposal in residential/commercial buildings.
• Diagnose problems and/or failures in plumbing systems (e.g. locate and repair water leaks, broken or clogged pipes, and plugged drains, etc.) for the purpose of identifying equipment and/or systems repair and replacement needs.
• Communicate and consult with homeowner to give them the best options on repair or replacement.
• Proficient with scheduling software to efficiently manage appointments, service calls, and customer follow-ups.
• Coordinates with supervisor and other trades for the purpose of completing projects efficiently.
• Maintains tools, company iPad.
• Keep your company van stocked, and clean both inside and out.

• Proven experience as a residential service plumbing technician.
• 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience.
• Strong problem-solving and plumbing diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in water heater installation, both tanked and tankless units.
• Proficient in use of specialty tools/various drain cleaning equipment.
• Clean driving record.

• No on-call.
• Tuesday-Saturday 8 am- 5 pm schedule.
