Job Title: Registered Nurse - Wound Care

St. Luke's Health System is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Wound Care team in Boise, Idaho.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient-centered care to individuals with chronic wounds and sores. As a member of our Wound Care team, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote wound healing and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive wound care services to patients with chronic wounds and sores
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote wound healing and improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure from the State of Idaho
  • 1 year of experience in wound care or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered care
