Moose Lake Village, a highly-rated senior living community, is seeking *Full-Time, Part-Time, and On-Call Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)* to provide exceptional care to our residents.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. We are looking for individuals who are not only team-oriented but also capable of working independently.

We offer competitive compensation along with a generous *bonus structure*. Before applying, please ensure you are familiar with the responsibilities and tasks associated with this position.


Available positions include *Full-Time, Part-Time, and On-Call*, requiring a minimum of 32 hours per month, with 16 hours allocated to weekend shifts.

Full-Time Shifts:
  • Days (6:00 AM to 2:30 PM) and Evenings (2:15 PM to 10:45 PM)
Part-Time Shifts:
  • Days (6:00 AM to 2:30 PM), Evenings (2:15 PM to 10:45 PM), and Nights (10:30 PM to 7:00 AM)

Starting Pay: $18.82 per hour (Evening differential: $1.00/hour, Night differential: $2.00/hour)

Full-Time employees are eligible for a $3,000 bonus, while Part-Time employees can receive a $1,500 bonus.

Requirements for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA):

  • Current Minnesota Nursing Assistant certification in good standing
  • Minimum age of 16 years
  • Excellent communication skills
