Key Responsibilities
  • Administer Patient Care Practices: Ensure patient safety and comfort during computed tomography procedures.
  • Complete Ancillary Tasks: Assist with departmental operations, including tracking patients and identifying errors.
  • Maintain Equipment and Exam Rooms: Ensure equipment is in good working order and exam rooms are clean and safe.
  • Participate in Performance Improvement Initiatives: Contribute to departmental and hospital-wide performance improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of radiography.
  • Certification: Certified by ARRT as a Radiologic Technologist and obtain CT Certification within one year of acceptance.
  • Experience: Prior experience as a Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist and/or Computed Tomography Technologist in a hospital/healthcare environment.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support Certification.
