We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy operations team, you will be responsible for leading and directing our pharmacy technicians, ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Pharmacy Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our pharmacy, including patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, and loss prevention.
  • Patient Care Programs: Develop and implement patient care programs to promote healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS Health from competitors.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate, inspire, and develop our pharmacy support staff by balancing assignments, addressing development opportunities, and decreasing knowledge gaps.
  • Business Development: Identify critical business opportunities and contribute to the development of meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance in our pharmacy.
  • Adaptability: Adapt to change and adjust plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting.

Requirements

  • Active Pharmacy License: Hold an active pharmacy license in the state in which you are employed.
  • Immunization Certification: Possess immunization certification through an accredited organization.
  • Background Check: Be free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Hold a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
