Job Summary

The Resource Informatics Group is seeking a highly skilled MDM Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for analyzing and maintaining ERP master data to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and maintain ERP master data to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support supply chain technology initiatives, including automation and AI projects.
  • Identify areas for improvement through data analysis and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Assist in reporting supply chain savings and financial KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain teams, IT, Accounts Payable, and Revenue Cycle for data-driven decision-making.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency and controls.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support supply chain operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain with ERP and Procure-to-Pay exposure.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with project management processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of digital supply chain technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in business, supply chain, or a healthcare-related field.
  • Strong background with Lawson for ERP management in healthcare supply chain.
  • Experience in a collaborative role within a team environment.
  • Experience with Workday for healthcare supply chain.
