The Stepping Stones Group is in search of a committed and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist to enhance our team dedicated to delivering outstanding therapy services to students within educational settings.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess students' speech, language, and communication skills. They will design and execute tailored treatment plans based on evaluation results and provide therapeutic interventions to students both individually and in group environments. This role also requires collaboration with educators, parents, and other school personnel to address students' communication requirements, tracking students' progress, and modifying treatment strategies as needed. Additionally, the candidate will ensure the maintenance of precise and current records of therapy sessions and progress documentation.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience in working with children and adolescents in educational environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
