Responsibilities
  • To work on various residential and commercial painting projects, delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.
  • To maintain clean, organized work areas and securely store equipment and supplies, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • To inspect work for the highest quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • To follow all safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  • To ensure required documentation is complete and compliant with regulations and standards, maintaining accurate records and reports.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in painting, with knowledge of tools and equipment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Quality-conscious and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record, with liability and worker's comp insurance.
  • Ability to undergo and pass a criminal background check.
Benefits and Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience and location. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, develop your skills, and build your business with our support.
