About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Director to join our team at The Learning Experience. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the educational experience for our young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Development and Implementation
    • Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with our educational philosophy and standards
    • Collaborate with our teaching team to ensure seamless execution of curriculum plans
  • Teacher Support and Development
    • Provide coaching and mentoring to our teaching team to enhance their skills and knowledge
    • Develop and implement professional development programs to support teacher growth and development
  • Center Operations and Management
    • Oversee the daily operations of our center, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our children and staff
    • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment
    • Build and maintain relationships with local schools and community organizations to enhance our educational programs
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role in early childhood education
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
