Role: Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth through effective planning, order management, and supporting essential activities such as merchandising and pricing. You will serve as a sales authority for retail partners, collaborating with well-known customers to promote iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit .

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure that leading Nabisco brands are prominently displayed, well-stocked, and maintained in accordance with Mondelēz guidelines.
  • Execute sales objectives, campaigns, and promotions while utilizing sales tools such as brochures and presentations.
  • Tailor in-store strategies based on customer needs and store demographics to enhance sales performance.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with store management to exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with customers to ensure optimal product ordering to support consumer demand.
  • Effectively communicate plans and manage merchandising resources to boost sales at the store level.
  • Monitor competitive activities and document pricing strategies to inform business decisions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and have proof of auto insurance.
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet physical demands, including lifting and moving products.
  • Previous experience in retail or grocery is advantageous.
  • Willingness to relocate as necessary.
  • Openness to taking on merchandising responsibilities when required.
  • Must reside within a reasonable distance from the primary location.
  • Availability for a Monday to Friday schedule is essential.
