Position Summary:

Join our dedicated team at Valencia Hotel Group, where we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our guest accommodations. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail will ensure that our guests have a pleasant and memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
  • Support fellow team members in maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ensure that all areas of the hotel are kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
  • Be knowledgeable about hotel services and amenities to assist guests effectively.
  • Perform cleaning duties including vacuuming, making beds, and changing linens in accordance with our eco-friendly policies.
  • Maintain organization of guest belongings and furnishings.

Shift Details:

We are currently seeking individuals for day and evening shifts, with hours ranging from 7 AM to 11 PM. Availability on weekends and holidays is required.

Essential Duties:
  • Contribute positively to team dynamics.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development.
  • Maintain a cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Assist guests with inquiries and provide information as needed.
  • Complete all assigned cleaning tasks in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to meet guest needs.
  • Ensure guest rooms are cleaned to high standards, including bathrooms and common areas.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hotel operations or customer service is preferred.
  • Experience in room cleaning is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
