As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of post-acute facilities, providing high-quality care to residents while enjoying a flexible scheduling system that allows you to control your work-life balance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care to residents, including measuring and monitoring vital signs, observing and reporting any concerns to the nursing team, and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting.
  • Serve meals to residents and help with feeding as needed, while maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Communicate effectively with medical staff, residents, and visitors, and provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Move residents safely and efficiently, and reposition them as needed.

Requirements

  • Current Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and nursing care procedures.
  • Effective organizational and communication skills, with a compassionate bedside manner.
