Job Title: Setup Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Setup Technician to join our team at Aerotek. As a Setup Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues with injection molding machines and conveyors, ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with injection molding machines and conveyors
* Change molds and colors as needed
* Monitor and adjust time, heat, and pressure levels to optimize machine performance
* Use computer/tablet systems to control machinery and track production
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and hose changes

Requirements

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with tablet systems
