Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, train, schedule, coach, and inspire sales associates. Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with each team member to foster their development and success.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels in alignment with operational hours, keeping the sales kiosk adequately staffed during business hours.
  • Manage inventory and order all necessary sales materials, including lead slips, pitch cards, and maps.
  • Assist struggling associates by stepping in to close sales and providing training on objection handling and closing techniques.
  • Review customer feedback and respond to inquiries from Customer Care Agents regarding Sales Alerts.
  • Promptly report any customer service issues to upper management.
  • Meet or exceed financial targets related to lead generation and vacation package sales.
  • Accurately track and process payroll, ensuring timely submission of timesheets.
  • Complete and submit onboarding paperwork for new hires as required by Human Resources.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance and ethical standards, ensuring the approved sales methods are effectively taught and utilized.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales or Marketing is essential. Previous management experience is preferred, with a focus on sales management being a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with the timeshare industry, OPC marketing, or telemarketing sales is beneficial.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
