About the Role

We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team at Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support in the human resources department, assisting with various tasks and projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • HR Projects: Assist with HR-related projects, such as developing and implementing policies, procedures, and programs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required.
  • Minimum of one year prior administrative experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
