Job Overview

Autumn ABA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) to work with a young client with autism for in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. As an integral member of our team, you will conduct therapeutic sessions, track data, and collaborate with our supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality ABA services in the home environment for children with autism, focusing on individualized programs developed by our supervising BCBA.
  • Maintain accurate data collection of session activities, ensuring seamless progress tracking and program evaluation.
  • Prepare detailed anecdotal session notes and required paperwork, promoting efficient communication with our team.
  • Collaborate closely with our supervising BCBA and other team members to ensure cohesive support for clients.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma; a Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or social work is preferred.
  • Experience working with young children is advantageous.
  • A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification is mandatory for this position.

Working Arrangements

  • We offer a flexible schedule, accommodating 15-20 hours per week.
  • The expected working days are Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as needed.
