- Manage household tasks such as light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, and cleaning.
- Plan and prepare meals, shop for groceries, and clean up.
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare staff.
- Ensure client safety and maintain a safe environment.
- Remind and assist clients with self-administration of medications (with proper training).
- Encourage self-help activities and report changes in client condition or family situation.
- 18 years of age or older with a high school degree or equivalent.
- Completion of the company's competency testing for HHA.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable MVR.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Minimum of one year of home health care experience or LTC experience.
