Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and persuasive Area Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales success and building strong relationships with our clients. If you're a sales enthusiast with a passion for learning and a knack for connecting with people, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare showrooms and conduct tours for walk-in customers.
  • Develop and distribute marketing materials for special events.
  • Manage group blocks and rooming lists using our reservation system.
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Sales and sales team members.
  • Assist with meeting room scheduling and servicing.
  • Order and inventory sales amenities and supplies.
  • Collaborate with the Front Desk team to provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous sales or event management experience in the hospitality or travel industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read, write, type, and use various forms of technology.
  • Physical ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
