Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Travel Nurse RN specializing in Pediatric Intensive Care (PICU) to join our team at one of our facilities in Alexandria, Louisiana. This is a 13-week travel nursing assignment offering competitive pay and a chance to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care using the nursing process and as defined by the healthcare facility's unit-specific job description.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited RN program.
  • Previous work experience as an RN.
  • Current unrestricted RN license in the state.

Physical Demands:

  • Frequent lifting, bending, and reaching.
  • Lifting up to 80 pounds may be required.
  • Prolonged standing and walking may be required.
