Breast Imaging Center Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Breast Navigation Supervisor to join our team at Emory Healthcare. As a key member of our Breast Imaging Center, you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of mammography services and working closely with our Manager to ensure optimal patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of mammography technologists and other staff members to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Assist radiologists in performing invasive and non-invasive mammographic and sonographic procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall performance of the Breast Imaging Center.
- Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new programs and services to meet the evolving needs of our patients.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology and registered with the ARRT.
- Minimum of four (4) years experience in diagnostic and invasive mammography.
- Minimum of one (1) year supervisory experience or one (1) year as a Level 3 Mammography technologist.
