Position Overview: We are seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager of Operations & Productivity for our flagship retail location. This role is essential in driving business performance, cultivating talent, and ensuring the delivery of the renowned L.L.Bean customer experience across designated departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the shipment processing, replenishment teams, and price adjustment teams.
  • Manage Omni Channel operations, Service Hub, and Back of House organization.
  • Ensure accuracy in the Store Transfer process.
  • Handle supply orders and act as the Facilities & Maintenance Lead.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager on Loss Prevention strategies.
  • Communicate operational updates both in-store and through internal platforms.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure staff adherence to this standard.
  • Assist in recruiting and hiring for operational areas.
  • Address employee conflicts and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Train and develop team members, recognizing their achievements.
  • Promote the Learn, Try, Buy, and Enjoy experience actively.
  • Ensure compliance with Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
