About the Position:

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in their homes. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and diagnose clients experiencing speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and physician orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and services provided using electronic medical records (EMR).
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
  • A current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in North Carolina.
  • Possess a certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association, or have equivalent educational requirements and work experience.
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with EMRs preferred.
