We are currently looking for a Blending Operator to join our team. The Blending Operator plays a vital role in our production processes. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for our products, a commitment to excellence, and a desire to contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality beverages to consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of sterile awareness.
  • Set up and operate blending machinery according to Manufacturing Orders (MO) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Inspect, unload, and properly store incoming materials.
  • Accurately process work orders in line with the MO and production schedule.
  • Create batch samples for Quality Assurance evaluations.
  • Add ingredients to blending equipment, process batches, and calculate ingredient quantities.
  • Blend various juices and water using specialized equipment.
  • Pack finished products onto pallets and secure them for distribution.
  • Maintain precise records of production activities.
  • Perform additional assigned tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in blending or mixing within a GMP production environment.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must pass a drug screening and physical examination.
  • Ability to lift 55 pounds or more on a regular basis.
  • Comfortable working with liquid and dry chemicals, including biological ingredients.
  • Typical work environment includes a temperature-controlled plant with exposure to steam, pressure points, chemicals, and other potential hazards.

Compensation:

  • Hourly rate of $21.42, with an additional $0.35 shift differential.

Work Schedule:

  • Rotating schedule, Monday through Friday.
  • Initial 4-6 weeks from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, followed by 2 weeks from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
