Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow market share at our client base by increasing headcount, revenue, and gross margins.
  • Maintain daily interactions with client Hiring Managers to foster lasting relationships.
  • Oversee client relationships, pre-sales, post-sales, and technical assistance.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Nurture relationships with client decision makers.
  • Secure new business opportunities.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline for assigned accounts.
  • Manage SLAs set by clients, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Prioritize and efficiently manage a high volume of requisitions.
  • Collaborate with the technical recruiting team to effectively communicate client requirements, ensuring successful candidate identification.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree required.
  2. Proficiency in the IT Staffing industry is essential.
  3. A minimum of 4+ years of experience in Staffing Sales is mandatory.

Compensation Package: The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 per year, with uncapped commissions.
