Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure timely and effective completion of maintenance tasks.
- Work closely with the Facility & Maintenance manager to develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules.
- Assist with budgeting and cost control to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Perform a wide range of skilled maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, machine repair, and hydraulics.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex equipment, including CNC machines and programmable logic controllers.
- Install, teardown, and relocate equipment as needed.
- Maintain forklifts and man lifts to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Perform advanced preventative maintenance using specialized equipment.
- Work with and train other employees to ensure a high level of safety and quality.
- 8 years of maintenance experience, with a strong background in electrical, plumbing, and machine repair.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment required to perform maintenance tasks.
- Knowledge of Lock out Tag-Out procedures and ability to work in accordance with our Permission to Play Values.
- Ability to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 50 pounds, and to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and chemicals.
