Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food to our members, maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve food to our members, ensuring that all food is fresh, ready, and available in the cafe.
• Food Safety and Quality: Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that all products are stocked and rotated properly.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and support the needs of the cafe.

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in food service is required.
• Food Safety Certification: Food safety certification is preferred.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
