We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Family Physician to join our team at Partners in Pediatrics and Family Health. As a Family Physician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, managing patient encounters, and working with our medical team to provide comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including taking medical histories, performing physical exams, and diagnosing health conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in accordance with the scope of practice.
- Provide ongoing care and follow-up to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed.
- Accurately document patient encounters, including assessments, treatments, and outcomes.
- Complete and close patient charts and code/bill within 24-48 hours following each patient visit to ensure timely documentation and revenue cycle management.
- Provide leadership and mentorship for medical staff, including medical assistants, receptionists, and virtual assistants, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure high standards of patient care and operational efficiency.
