We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Project Manager to join our team at JARBO Employment Group, LLC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Oversee all aspects of assigned projects, including installation, fabrication, and start-up labor.
  • Perform job cost tracking and forecasting, ensuring accurate final project costs.
  • Procure necessary equipment and materials, controlling job costs and monitoring tasks.
  • Maintain professional relationships with architects, engineers, building owners, installers, and suppliers.
  • Attend necessary job meetings and ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Adhere to Safety Best Practices and ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, with a strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, HVAC systems, ductwork, piping, and controls.
  • Ability to read and interpret Construction Documents, Plans, and Specifications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to supervise and direct others.
  • Decisive individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
