We are seeking a Construction Litigation Associate to join our legal team.
Role Summary
As a vital member of our firm, you will engage in various construction and commercial litigation matters. This position is ideal for a seasoned attorney with a focus on construction and commercial law and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Assess client concerns, evaluate legal alternatives, and advise on optimal strategies.
- Legal Analysis: Perform comprehensive legal research, prepare for hearings, and deliver legal guidance.
- Documentation: Create contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement documents.
- Case Management: Systematically organize and maintain case files to ensure precision and effectiveness.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with senior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to facilitate case resolutions.
Candidate Profile
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to interact with diverse levels of staff and clients.
- Qualifications: Must be a member in good standing with the ABA and possess a J.D. from an accredited institution.
- Collaborative Spirit: Proven ability to work cohesively with senior attorneys and contribute to client success.
- Experience: Successful completion of the bar exam and at least 3 years of pertinent experience.
