We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cellar Brewer to join our team at Octopi. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cellar tasks and contributing to the quality and efficiency of our operations.

• Cellar Operations: Learn, understand, and operate all cellar piping and equipment, including beer finishing, yeast handling, transfers, batching, blending, and non-beer related processes.
• Quality Control: Produce in-spec product at all times, adhering to all quality protocols and procedures.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow safety protocol and SOPs for all processes, maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, and adhere to all PPE and GMP requirements.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals and objectives.

• Education and Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a brewing or production environment, with a degree in Brewing Science/Technology preferred.
• Skills and Abilities: Ability to lift 55lbs and move 165lbs, proficient in MS Office, basic troubleshooting skills in a brewing/manufacturing setting, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and flexibility in working hours.
