We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team in Conway, SC. As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for building and fabricating custom signage using various materials, with a primary focus on metals (including aluminum) and welding processes.

• Build and fabricate custom signage components using metals, plastics, and composites.
• Master the art of aluminum welding to create durable and precise signage components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical plans to determine project requirements.
• Plan and execute different stages of the signage fabrication process, ensuring each stage aligns with project timelines and quality standards.
• Skillfully use and maintain basic hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment essential for fabrication tasks.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment to ensure the well-being of all team members.

• Prior experience in fabrication, welding, metalwork, or related fields is essential.
• Ability to use basic hand tools such as drills, grinders, saws, and precision measuring instruments.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues during the fabrication process.
• Welding certification is preferred but not required.
