Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Clinical Supervisor to join our team at High Focus Centers in Lansdale. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care to our clients and leading our talented team.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of therapists delivering adult and adolescent mental health and co-occurring programming.
  • Evaluate clients for appropriate care requirements and identify DSM VTR diagnoses.
  • Assist counselors in developing treatment plans.
  • Facilitate treatment team meetings and participate in case consults.
  • Provide individual and group supervision to counselors and other staff.
  • Maintain a caseload as needed and appropriate for the role.
  • Assist the Program Director in developing new programs.
  • Clerical duties for client file maintenance, including chart audits.
  • Ensure a safe, orderly, and therapeutic environment for clients.

Requirements:

A Master's Degree in a related field, with 5 years of experience in supervising or managing staff/clinicians. Experience working with Adults and Adolescents is essential.
