About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service/Warehouse Associate to join our team at Dal-Tile. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, receive and process shipments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Warehouse Operations: Perform various warehouse duties, including receiving, stocking, and shipping products.
  • Order Fulfillment: Process customer orders, assemble and prepare products for shipment, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory checks, identify discrepancies, and take corrective action.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklift and crane equipment to move products and materials.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized facility, including sweeping, trash removal, and general office maintenance.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1+ years of customer service and warehouse experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
  • Equipment Operation: Ability to safely operate forklift and crane equipment.
