Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000, depending on your level of experience.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marine Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Repairing and maintaining gas and diesel engines with precision and accuracy.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing various boat systems, including electrical, plumbing, and propulsion systems.
  • Performing re-powering projects with expertise and attention to detail.
  • Handling seasonal tasks such as winterizing and commissioning boats.
  • Collaborating with our team to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a marine mechanic, with strong knowledge of both gas and diesel engines.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing boat systems.
  • Hands-on experience with re-powering projects is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with winterization and commissioning procedures.
  • A passion for boating and providing exceptional service.
