We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at HealthPRO Heritage, serving our senior living clients at our assisted living facility in Dacula, GA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate resident information to inform assessment and treatment decisions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose communicative deficits and equipment needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment programs with achievable functional goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely departmental records.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) credential.
  • Valid state Speech Language Pathology licensure.
