Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at The Center for Orthopedic and Research Excellence. As a key member of our medical imaging team, you will be responsible for performing radiology procedures, maintaining equipment, and ensuring patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform radiology procedures as ordered by physicians and providers, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Travel to other clinics as directed by clinic leadership, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Process room add-on cases prior to scheduled cases, optimizing workflow and efficiency.
  • Operate equipment in compliance with all safety requirements, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Comply with all HIPAA and OSHA regulations, upholding the highest standards of patient confidentiality and safety.
  • Report patient complaints or concerns to the practice manager, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining high patient satisfaction levels.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with physicians, employees, and other departments, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Respond to patient questions as required, resolving issues and maintaining high patient satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in Radiology Technology and current ARRT certification.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Radiology Technologist in a hospital or clinic environment.
  • Knowledge of radiology exam policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in operating a PC and applicable computer software.
