  • General

    • Implement new objectives and procedures as directed by management.
    • Contribute to incident reports as needed to ensure accurate documentation.
    • Assist with maintaining an accurate inventory of housekeeping supplies to ensure efficient operations.
  • Property Condition
    • Collect garbage promptly and reliably and maintain a clean and tidy dumpster area.
    • Take ownership of the appearance of the property's grounds and public spaces to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
    • Raise issues or concerns about safety, cleanliness, or property damage immediately when recognized.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Refer people for employment who live our values and contribute to our culture.
    • Maintain positive professional relationships with colleagues to ensure a collaborative work environment.
    • Maintain strong attendance and time punch compliance to ensure efficient operations.
    • Align with supervisor by executing meeting cadence with fidelity.
