Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Vice President, Real Estate Brokerage to join our dynamic Brokerage team. This role requires a strong sales acumen and the ability to engage in complex discussions with corporate leaders and high-level decision-makers in real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Drive new business initiatives through proactive outreach, converting initial contacts into meaningful meetings and securing new client engagements.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients by attending meetings, conducting property tours, and preparing tailored follow-up materials such as market analyses and property summaries.
- Market Research: Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of the Brokerage Team's market research database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available for strategic decision-making.
- Transaction Support: Assist in the client transaction process by analyzing quantitative data, reviewing legal documents, and utilizing advanced analytical tools for financial modeling and cash flow projections.
- Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings, contribute to market research efforts, and support the preparation of presentation materials and reports.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 3-5+ years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage with a proven track record of high-level sales performance.
- Valid State Real Estate License.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with the ability to analyze and synthesize complex information.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and work both independently and collaboratively.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field.
