We are seeking an Electrical Equipment Specialist to join our team at Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. This is a challenging role that requires strong project management skills and hands-on technical expertise.

Job Description

This position involves ensuring high-quality implementations of mission critical equipment, working alongside a dynamic team to meet rigorous standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Equipment testing and maintenance of UPSs, ATSs, Battery Cabinets, PDUs, generators, and other electrical gear
  • Performing preventative maintenance on generators, ATSs, UPSs, CRACs, DC plants, and other critical equipment
  • Conducting onsite Integrated Systems Testing (IST) for equipment

Key qualifications for this position include:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with 3+ years of relevant IST experience
  • Solid experience in project management and related testing procedures
  • Strong organizational skills to coordinate equipment delivery and onsite activities efficiently
  • Ability to conduct onsite IST for electrical gear
  • Competence in reviewing electrical plans and creating solutions for potential risks
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with various departments
  • Capable of lifting materials up to 50 pounds and performing physically demanding tasks
  • A valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
  • Able to pass a criminal background, DMV, and credit check
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
