We are seeking a skilled and compassionate MedSurg RN to join our team at Wellstar Health System. As a Night Shift RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care using evidence-based practice.
  • Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that is consistent with population-specific characteristics.
  • Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care that promotes the professional care delivery model.
  • Participate and support performance improvement, inclusive of all stakeholders, research, and research utilization to promote safe, quality patient care.
  • Serve as a preceptor and/or mentor for other professional nurses to ensure a current and future qualified workforce.
Requirements
  • Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
  • Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing: Bachelor's Degree Baccalaureate degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Computer/data entry experience, preferably with Epic and 3M.
  • Ability to communicate with various members of the healthcare team.
  • Ability to use EXCEL, Word, and have basic computer operational knowledge.
