Requirements

To be successful as a Senior Site Development Manager at WK Dickson, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in site development, project management, and leadership
  • Civil 3D experience is highly desirable
  • A valid Professional Engineer (PE) license or reciprocity in three months
  • Demonstrated business development and marketing skills, including proposal writing and budgeting
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to prepare statistical reports and present findings
