Job Overview

Position: HR Connects Advisor (Healthcare Sector)

Location: Remote with initial in-person attendance required

Work Hours: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm (includes a 60-minute break)

Department: HR Shared Services

Position Summary: We are looking for a proficient HR Connects Advisor to support various administrative functions within the healthcare domain. This role encompasses a variety of HR responsibilities, including but not limited to onboarding processes, interview scheduling, benefits management, leave administration, and addressing employee relations inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the annual enrollment process and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Manage administrative duties associated with onboarding new employees and coordinating interviews.
  • Oversee benefits and retirement plan administration, providing support and information to employees.
  • Handle leave management and workers' compensation claims efficiently.
  • Assist in resolving employee and labor relations matters, addressing inquiries related to HR policies.
  • Deliver prompt and accurate responses to employee questions and concerns.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to enhance the effectiveness of HR initiatives and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or a minimum of 2 years of HR Generalist experience required. Candidates without an Associate degree must have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Candidates with an Associate degree should possess 6-12 months of HR Generalist experience.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is highly desirable.

Additional Information:

  • This position is primarily remote, with mandatory in-person attendance on the first day.
  • The role operates Monday through Friday, focusing on supporting HR functions.
