As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive care to patients of all ages. We welcome Family Medicine physicians who are committed to providing exceptional healthcare and fostering meaningful relationships with their patients. Our collaborative approach positions the primary care provider at the heart of patient care. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including specialists, nutritionists, social workers, behavioral health experts, and pharmacists. Our support staff, including nurses and medical assistants, will ensure you can operate at your highest capacity.

- Utilization of advanced AI and Dragon charting technology
- On-site Practice Manager for operational support
- Dedicated Medical Assistant for each clinician
- Flexible scheduling options, including a potential 4-day work week

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver full-spectrum primary care services to patients
- Conduct thorough examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for various conditions
- Educate patients and their families on health management
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our electronic medical records system
- Prescribe medications and manage therapeutic interventions
- Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services
- Ensure adherence to quality care standards
- Supervise Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners as required
Qualifications:
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Completion of an accredited residency in Internal Medicine
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or eligibility for certification
- Active medical license in Maryland or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Active DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to employment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a population health management model
