About the Role:

The Plant Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the maintenance department, including supervising a team of maintenance professionals, managing budgets, and implementing cost-saving initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced leader to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reports to the Plant Manager and serves as a key member of the Plant Leadership Team.
  • Ensures the safe and efficient maintenance, repair, or replacement of plant equipment and systems.
  • Supervises the maintenance organization, including planners, schedulers, and inventory coordinators.
  • Develops and implements preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Collaborates with operations departments to prioritize maintenance requirements and ensure seamless execution.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related technical field (BSME preferred).
  • At least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a continuous manufacturing operation.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive results through others.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $100,000-$130,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
